Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with contractors, ensuring project timelines are met, and ensuring quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills. We provide the LEADs and you close them. Run between 2 to 4 LEADs a day.

Duties:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Develop project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for each project
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being completed according to plans and specifications
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of frame carpentry, drywall installation, trim carpentry, and other construction techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction drawings
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
- Experience with construction estimating and budget management
- Ability to lead a team of contractors and subcontractors effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $52,814.45 - $125,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 – 48 per week
